Scaling A Project Management Office From 1 to 25 In A Year
Ashneel Singh was brought in to implement a company's first ever enterprise implementation of a recreation software to a user group of approximately 5,000 users.
After successfully execution on that engagement, the referrals offered by that client helped the organization gain three more enterprise clients, all of which were successfully implemented.

In the span of only a year while completing these projects, Ashneel had grown the number of enterprise clients from one to 25 accounts, spanning both the public and private sectors. The list of clients included notable names, such as the city of Burlington Ontario, Tacoma Washington, King County Washington, the largest county in the United States, along with many others.
